In fact, one of us could hardly keep a plant alive. Even a simple lucky bamboo didn't survive. But then something changed.
We discovered a plant that actually thrived under our care. It survived, grew, became lush, and eventually became more beautiful than we expected.
What started as curiosity became a hobby. The hobby became a collection. And eventually, our collection became a small business.
Velora Verde was born from our love of collecting plants, discovering their colors, and simply enjoying the peace they bring.
We don't consider ourselves a huge commercial nursery. We are hobbyists and collectors who enjoy finding beautiful, rare, collectible and colorful plants and sharing them with others.
We know many people love plants but are afraid to try because they are busy, inexperienced or have had plants die before. We want to show them that growing plants does not have to be intimidating. Sometimes, you just need to find the right plant.
